You can request deletion of your data.

This page provides a public deletion pathway for digital products operated by Fuding Ruixiang.

How to request deletion

  1. Email fudxrui@gmail.com with the subject “Account and Data Deletion Request.”
  2. State the application or service name and the email address or account identifier used.
  3. Describe whether you want the entire account deleted or only specific data.
  4. Complete reasonable identity verification if requested. Do not send passwords or payment-card numbers.
No account? If you used a service without an account, provide the relevant device, request or transaction reference you have so we can locate eligible data.

Data normally deleted

After verification, we delete or anonymize the account profile, user-submitted content and service activity linked to the account, unless retention is necessary for the reasons below.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained where required for law, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or enforcement. Retained data is restricted to the relevant purpose and removed or anonymized when the requirement ends. Backup copies may remain until routine backup rotation completes.

Timing and confirmation

We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified requests within 30 days, unless law permits or requires a different period. We will explain material delays or lawful limitations and send confirmation when processing is complete.
